Mobile Detailing Service Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Peanut Detailing! We strive to provide the best mobile detailing services and aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a re-service or partial refund based on the issue.

Re-service: If we did not meet the agreed-upon service quality, we will offer a re-service at no additional cost to correct the issue.

Partial Refund: In the case that a re-service is not possible or the issue is significant, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
2. No Refunds After Completion
Once the detailing service has been completed to the customer’s satisfaction and the job is accepted, we do not offer refunds. This includes situations where:

The service has been provided as agreed and completed.

The customer changes their mind after the service is completed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee may apply.

No-Show: If the customer is not available for their scheduled appointment and fails to communicate, the service will be marked as a “no-show,” and a fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged.
4. Service Issues Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for damages caused by:

Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

Damage due to extreme weather (e.g., hail, strong winds, etc.).

Inaccessibility or issues related to the vehicle's condition (e.g., heavily stained upholstery that cannot be fully cleaned).
5. Payment and Refund Process
If a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
6. Customer Communication
We value open communication. If you have any concerns or issues with your service, please reach out within 24 hours of service completion. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
